This is a closed group that meets for six months.
What is this event about?
Oxygen Self Care Group is a group of no more than six people who will participate in adventures designed to restore and replenish. The goal is to gain energy to go back into their lives reenergized and fulfilled.
When do I need to register by?
Due to the custom nature of our group, we open the group up every 6 months. We will also be sending you an assessment to be completed in advance. Check your emails.
Who is it Oxygen for?
This group is open to anyone who needs a time of rest and fun.
What is included in the cost?
The cost is $59 per meeting. Meetings will be twice a month, and date/times will be defined once the group is established.

Introduce breathing techniques to use to minimize stress
